Our Campus
Housed in three modern buildings, our Secondary, Primary and Early Years pupils enjoy spacious air-conditioned classrooms and wide corridors.
Campus Facilities
Our new Secondary school campus was opened in August 2024 and includes two fully equipped science laboratories, an IT suite, dedicated Art & Design spaces and recreation rooms for pupils. Alongside the canteen is our recently opened café for pupils and staff to frequent.
The primary building was completed in 2020. It has an IT suite and dedicated Art & Design space as well as a Science room to conduct simple experiments in. The nurse’s room is located here. The pupils have a large covered court and grass area to play on. We recently introduced a play area for our Year 1 and 2s which includes a large sandpit, climbing frames and bicycle track.
HISV opened in 2018 in what is now the Early Years department. It includes a safely designed playroom and large bathroom. Our youngest children can also play in a central outside area, accessible from all rooms.
A library serves both Early Years and primary, while the secondary school English classrooms hold a wide variety of books for pupils to take home and read. Next to the library is our garden which includes 18 beds and our guinea pigs, rabbits and fish.
Our sporting facilities are first class. We have two tennis courts, a large, covered football field, a 25-metre swimming pool and paddling pool and a large indoor sports hall where basketball and volleyball matches can be held. We regularly hold training sessions and competitive matches against other schools in Vientiane.
