Heathfield International School Secondary Building

Life at Heathfield

Our curriculum is designed to challenge and inspire students. We offer a broad range of subjects to cultivate critical thinking and creativity. HISV is a welcoming community where every student feels valued and respected. Our diverse student body and staff enrich the school culture, creating an inclusive environment. The after-school program includes sports, arts, music, and various clubs, allowing students to explore their interests and develop new skills.

Annual Events

We hold a number of special events every year.

Holiday Box Project

Holiday Box Project

All students fill a shoe box with the 3 W's - something to write with, wash with, and go WOW out. Boxes are then delivered to a school in need during a field trip. This initiative, organised by students as part of their global skills projects, successfully engages the entire school community, fostering communication skills and a sense of connection with those in need.

Christmas Show

Christmas Show

We always celebrate the last day of term one and Christmas with a show. Each class presents to parents before we all come together to sing a Christmas song.

A special guest is always in attendance. He is big, jolly and has a long, white beard.

Our last day of the school year ends with a show, showcasing what we have learned during the year. Alternatively, we hold a Spirit Week which is designed to bring a spark of joy and creativity to any school campus. For example, teachers and students dress up according to daily themes and then celebrate those themes in and outside the classroom.
